Join me for a few hours of uninterrupted pampering where you will learn a simple and fun creative process that will help you tap into your inner wisdom and uncover ways you can begin to nurture yourself more freely.
You will leave class with the tools you need to create your own creative practice at home as well as ways you can continue to nurture yourself in the days to come.
It's a day just for you to have fun and play with color and crayons and be a kid again. There is no pressure and absolutely no experience necessary. All art supplies are provided (including delicious chocolates). You only need to bring a notebook to write in and your favorite pen.
